The Company ensure that the employee shall have the rights to health and safety protection, the preservation of moral occupation and precautions according to the human dignity and religious values as it is mandatory duties under the Labor Laws No.13 Year 2003. Besides preserved the employee rights, implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) may protect the assets of the Company from any potential losses caused by occupational accidents. Based on this understanding, the Company promotes to build a working culture based on the principles of Zero Accident, Zero Delay and Zero Defect.

Chief of Technical (KTT) assisted by OSH unit are responsible to coordinate, monitor and supervise the implementation of OSH in overall mining activities.

Management commits to enhance OSH implementation on all of the Company elements, includes improvement on a comprehensive OSH program which reflected on all activity of the Company.
